Yoga is an ancient system of physical and mental practices that incorporates physical postures, breathing and meditation techniques. The fundamental purpose of yoga is to foster connection between your body, mind and environment. It is also comes with fitness benefits including enhanced flexibility and strength.
Yes. We’d recommend that complete newbies to yoga try our Calm or Flow styles before trying Strong. But out classes and instructors cater for everyone from beginners to advanced, through modifications. You are encouraged to move at your own pace.
We ask that you arrive 5 minutes early, so your instructor can start on time. They will explain the class style and format, and will ask if you are working with any injuries or restrictions. You’ll meet an array of instructors, all bringing a unique style to their yoga classes.
We provide premium Manduka mats and yoga blocks, etc, which are all sanitised. All that we ask is that you please bring a towel, water bottle and a mat if you’d like to use your own. Make sure to bring your towel – it’s no towel, no play.
Along with the beautiful studios in our Wellness Playground, you’ll have full access to our gym facilities upstairs on level 1, plus our lockers, luxe bathrooms with self-contained showers, powder room with hair dryers and straighteners.
You can check the timetable and book classes via the Fitness Playground app or our website.
Of course! When we reach out to book you in, don’t be afraid to tell us who you’d like to bring along to your first yoga class.
