Pilates is a low-impact exercise that strengthens muscles while improving posture, flexibility, and injury prevention. Although it’s a full-body workout, there’s a focus on your core. Our classes are held both with and without equipment (light dumbbells, resistance bands, etc).
Reformer Pilates follows the same principles but is done on a Reformer bed-like frame that uses different weighted spring combinations to create resistance when you move the carriage back and forth using your body.
Yes, absolutely! For Mat Pilates, our Pilates Signature class is suitable for all levels, through the use of modifications. While our Reformer Foundations class is created for beginners to learn the fundamentals of this bed style.
Yes! Our “Strong” classes are targeted at experienced students. Grab some heavier weights and higher-resistance bands if you want more of a challenge. You’ll also enjoy our “HIIT” classes. Our expert instructors will also offer progressions.
When you arrive in your class, your instructor will explain what equipment you’ll be using, and ask if you are working with any injuries or restrictions. We ask that you arrive 5 minutes early to your class so your instructor can start on time.
We provide blocks, hand weights, and mats, which are all sanitised. All that we ask is that you please bring a sweat towel, water bottle, and a mat only if you’d like to use your own. We’ll also provide the pretty studios and an awesome line-up of instructors!
