In 2021, we took a step towards becoming One Playground by creating an epic wellness space in Marrickville.

Our vision was to design a space that includes the widest variety of experiences, all delivered at world-class standards for one affordable price. A true health, fitness and wellness ‘Playground’.

A gym with sauna, luxe bathrooms, mind-blowing studios, classes you’ll jump out of bed for, all the best equipment and a creche. Our classes include Pilates, yoga, reformer, barre, dance and more.

The Features

Reformer Studio

Our Reformer Studio is filled with natural light, reformer beds, an elevated stage for instructor visibility, and mirrors above each bed to help correct your technique.

Space Studio

Our Space Studio is an immersive yoga shala focused on rejuvenation. With custom ambient lighting and premium mats and bolsters to help you find your balance. Mix up your movement with Mat Pilates, with personal lighting by your mat and black-out blinds, we’ve created a unique Pilates practice in Space.

Elements Studio

Elements is designed for Dance & Barre classes. The studio is flooded with floor-length mirrors, adaptive neon lights and a sound system that will get you in the mood to move no matter the time of day.

Infrared Sauna

We’re a gym with saunas. Our Sunlighten Infrared Saunas support detoxification, recovery, pain relief, cardiovascular health and stress relief. Find out more about our Infrared Saunas in the Inner West, Sydney.
