The cost to train with a Fitness Playground trainer doesn’t have to be justified, because it’s not as expensive as you think. Sessions start from $69 (40mins) and get cheaper the more you choose to do per week.

Strength Training is not just lifting heavy, squatting low or curling a dumbbell. Our Coaches will guide you through different methods (like Mobility, Calisthenics, Isometrics & Cardio), as well as emphasise the importance of correct technique.

Injury
Prevention

Coming back to training after an injury or setback is both mentally & physically hard. But it is possible to recover and become determined again. Regardless of when you last trained, or how significant the setback was, there is no rush for an outcome.

Alessia is a pole dance instructor who wanted to amplify her strength. She found Navin perfectly suited to her goals & unusual charisma.
